Julien leads DMC DEFENSE's technical architecture: cybersecurity, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. He designs advanced detection architectures and industrializes the automation of SOC operations with AI.

Coming from critical, high-availability telecom environments, he brings together software development, automation, and cybersecurity to build intelligent, resilient defense systems. He also runs the security policy engagements at our clients.

Dong Pham Phu

Security Architect (SC-100)

Dong works as a Security Architect at DMC DEFENSE, focused on security operations and incident response. He designs security architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices.

A former penetration tester at FPT IS, he combines offensive and defensive expertise to strengthen the security posture of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. He implements the technical measures NIS2 requires: vulnerability management, MFA, encryption and incident handling.
